Bakery Lofts

I know people are asking, I get emails all the time from someone looking for a place in OTR. Now granted the majority are looking for apartments but there are still some are looking for condos.
So if you're one of the people looking for a condo with a move in date this January you might want to check out Bakery Lofts. But don't procrastinate too long, when I went Sunday to check out the Bakery Lofts 3 units were reserved, now six are.
But check this out, half a block from Washington Park, a pleasant three block walk to Findlay Market up Pleasant St. If location is everything it doesn't get much better than this.

Something I didn't know, if you accept historic tax credits you can't leave brick exposed. Since it wasn't exposed originally you have to put everything back how it was. Bakery Lofts didn't go after any historic grants because they wanted some brick walls which is desirable now.

Construction shots aren't all that interesting so I got some views, now no view in OTR is going to suck but to me its a bonus if Carew and Music Hall are in view.

If you can see a bridge does that count as a river view?
