Parker Flats Friday: Opening Day Edition
Almost more than any but a couple, Monday was steeped in anticipation, people have been talking about, speculating and debating about what the day would hold.
Yes, the official opening of the "city door" for the season.
And it was everything they had thought it would be and more.
Burgers were grilled, beer was drunk and baseball was watched. And all of it was glorious, excepting the baseball.
Is it too cliché? Or should I not be the guy drinking Reds commenerative Hudy's while watching the Reds.

Looks like a you guys had a great time. There's nothing like opening day in Cincinnati! The true start of the baseball season!
